These terms govern your use of Retextured Sound (web and desktop application builds).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Retextured Sound, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. License and Permitted Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the app for lawful creative and production workflows.
- You are responsible for rights to all media you upload, import, render, or publish.
- You must comply with third-party platform rules (including YouTube and Google API policies).
3. YouTube Integration
- Using YouTube publish features requires Google OAuth authorization.
- You are responsible for content, metadata, and privacy settings of videos uploaded through the app.
- Use of Google APIs is subject to Google API Services User Data Policy and YouTube platform terms.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us only the limited processing rights required to operate requested features (for example rendering and upload requests initiated by you).
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Do not use the app for illegal, infringing, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
- Do not attempt to interfere with app operation, security, or infrastructure.
6. Third-Party Services
Some features rely on third-party services (for example Google, YouTube, Cloudflare, GitHub). Their availability and terms are outside our direct control.
7. Disclaimers
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted service or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the app.
9. Changes To Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
